To maintain the shine and quality of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth and store it in a dry, clean jewelry box.
– Can I wear the jewelry while bathing or sleeping?
We recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or sleeping to prevent scratches, discoloration, or deformation.
– How should I store my jewelry?
Keep each item separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid tangling or friction between pieces.
– What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our products are crafted from carefully selected materials such as alloy, stainless steel, and gold-plated finishes, depending on the design. Each product page provides detailed material information.

– When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.
– How long does shipping take?
Average delivery time is about 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
– How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it or before shipment. Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
– What’s my tracking number?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
